David R. Brink

David Ryrie Brink (born July 28, 1919) is an American attorney and former President of the American Bar Association[1]. Brink was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota.[2] A specialist in Estate planning, Brink graduated from the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Law School before joining the Minnesota law firm of Dorsey & Whitney[3]. While leading the ABA, Brink battled Congress in an attempt to secure the independence of the federal court system[4].
